Since Flexeemart operates on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and destination country.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery within 8–14 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.

  • Settlement Cycle:

    • Domestic: T+7 days

    • International: T+10 days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Rates

  • Any additional charges (such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees) are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Flexeemart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
